Thank you note from the Gorzycki’s

A couple that stayed with us for 5 weeks in February and March of 2008, the Gorzycki's, wrote us the following note of appreciation:

To the director Mr. Arturo Romo Garza and the staff of the Villas El
Rancho, our thank you for a wonderful five week vacation at your resort
in February and the first week of March 2008.  We found the staff to be
most helpful and friendly. We truly enjoyed our dealings with Julissa,
Jessica and Denisse, they never found a task too large to handle
immediately. Our daily maid service completed by Wintila was a time we
looked forward to just to see her smile we truly enjoyed getting to
know her.  Jose' and your refreshment bar was an absolute delight. His
personality and good sense of humor caused us to spend time with him
night after night.

Our thanks to the Gorzycki's for their extremely kind words. We're very proud of the high quality staff that we have, and it's an encouragement to everyone to hear that their efforts are appreciated. We look forward to having you back soon!
