Phone calls to/from/within Mazatlan, Mexico

Well, I was going to write an article explaining all the details of the exact rules you have to follow to make phone calls to Mazatlan, or while you're in Mazatlan. The rules for dialing phone numbers are pretty complicated, so it does take some explaining.

However, I found an article that already explains it all, by some gringos in Merida (in the Yucatan). So instead of repeating what they said, here's the link. Just substitute hte Mazatlan area code (669) for the Merida area code and you're good to go!
