Chrystal shared the following comments with us:
What we enjoyed most about El Rancho was actually getting the oceanfront condo when we booked it. It happens so often that you book for the ocean view and when you show up at a resort they come up with some excuse as to why the ocean view is not available. We also enjoyed the lushes grounds. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant which has a very extensive menu was awesome. We tried a lot of the food at the restaurant and it was all good. Keep the cooks, they do a wonderful job. Everything was great. The condo was exactly as described, big and spacious, it had everything you would need. We were very surprised at the stove. It was great to cook the fresh shrimp that we would buy off the beach vendors. On our last day, we saw dolphins swimming past the resort.
To be honest, Chrystal also complained because we didn’t have a smooth process for her to claim the breakfasts they had pre-paid with their reservation, but we are going to iron that out so that it’s perfectly convenient for our guests.
Her final comments were “We had a wonderful time. I am ready to retire and move to Mazatlan. The weather was perfect, and the food was excellent.” Well, Chrystal, we’ll be glad to have you here as often as you like until you’re actually able to retire to Mazatlan!
